Peak of the Season

Peak of the Season

There's a subtle, inviting frenzy building at the farm, like the soil itself is soaking up the excited energy that now fills our fields and our walls. The land can feel our joy and reacts, in-kind, offering a supportive, enthusiastic space on which to gather, celebration, and broaden our horizons.

The coming weeks are full of presentations, workshops, and classes for adults and children alike as we engage in full-on holiday season mode! Join us for what you can, and spread the word and enthusiasm for everything that peaks your interest.

On October 24th, Jeannie Parkinson will be hosting a Q&A presentation on the beauty and depth that occurs when we become familiar with the ideology of Natural Horsemanship, and learn to connect with our horse partners in a whole new way. This quick glimpse will be followed by Introduction to Natural Horsemanship on November 3rd, during which time Jeannie will demonstrate the foundational ways to establish intuitive, gentle communication with horses, all without actual riding. Over the next three weeks, Jeannie will offer a more intensive clinic, diving even deeper into solidifying these relationships, taking these lessons home, off the farm, to infuse into our lives and hearts.

Come November 7th, our anticipated Holiday Open House returns! And what better way to ready ourselves for the holiday season than Yoga on the Farm: An Introduction to Chakras. This guided journey with instructor Bailey of the Wellness Buff brings you through the chakras, root to crown, to help you achieve maximum balance, alignment and wellness.

And of course, we welcome back Wasatch Blooms for their Holiday Wreath Workshops, held on November 18th, 19th, and 21st, just in time to start getting your homes festive while indulging in some creative reprieve.

It truly is the most wonderful time of the year here at the farm! See you soon.
