The peppers are ripe, and you know what that means: it's time for our seasonal chile roast! Join us this Thursday from 4-7 to enjoy the first batch of our open-fire-roasted chiles. We roast them just like it's been done for ages, scorching the skins and softening the fruit. It turns ripened peppers into the perfect snack, salad topping, base for your next condiment - whatever you can imagine.⠀⠀

This week in your Simple Share...

Please join us at your selected time, we will be harvesting fresh peppers this week!

Sorrel - 1 bunch
Simple Sorrel Pesto
1 bunch of sorrel 
1 handful of parsley
1 cup walnuts
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1/2 a teaspoon of maple syrup
3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1/2 a lime, juiced (optional)
Pulverize all the ingredients in your food processor and blitz until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and season to your preference.

Mashed Potato Squash - 2 
Mashed, Mashed Potato Squash

Spring Mix - 1 bag
A blend of our favorite, crisp, fresh greens. Grown on the farm in our hoop houses.

Akane and Gala apples picked fresh from Utah orchards.

Soy Beans - 1 bunch
Thai Spicy Edamame

Okra - 1 bag

Chinese Long Beans - 1 bag

Tortilla Chips - 1 bag
Salsitas Mendoza 

Medium Salsa - 1 jar
