Christmas Melon - 1 
Christmas melons resemble a small football-shaped watermelon. Its flesh is pale green to white in color and has a succulent texture with a mildly sweet flavor. The color of its hard shell will be varying shades of green and yellow depending upon variety. Although the Christmas Melon is perfect on its own, its versatility allows it to be included in a range of meal occasions including for breakfast, as a snack, salads, appetizers, desserts and cheese platters paired with a crisp white wine.
