Beef Cuts

Grass-fed beef comes from cattle that eat only grass and other forage throughout their lives. Often, conventional beef and dairy cattle eat a diet that includes grains, such as corn, in order to promote faster weight gain and fat production. Grass-fed beef do not receive any grain, making this meat lower in fat and calories as well as 4 times higher in vitamin E and omega 3s.

We've changed our name from Petersen Family Farm to The Kinlands, but we haven't changed who we are. Follow along as we bring the outside in with the language of the land.
