Earth Smarts Summer Camp FAQ

What are the times of Earth Smarts Summer Camp?

The Earth Smarts, and Goats program has three time options: Morning which runs from 9:00 am-12:00 pm, Afternoon which runs from 12:30-3:30 pm, and Full Day which runs from 9:00 am-3:30 pm.

What days of the week are camps held?
Earth Smarts runs Monday-Thursday.

What is the cost?
Earth Smarts Summer Camp is $300 per child for half-day sessions and $600 for full-day sessions. Early registration pricing runs through April 30, 2022 at $200 per child for half-day sessions and $400 per child for full-day sessions.

Can I sign my child up for just one day?
No. This is a four-day program. If your child can't attend any of the days they were registered for, for any reason, those days will not be refunded.

What ages can sign up for camp?
Earth Smarts Summer Camp is for children ages 7-12 years old at the time they attend.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
We are unable to offer a sibling discount.  We keep our prices as reasonable as possible while still being able to cover staffing, supplies, and as many hands-on opportunities for the participants during their time here as possible.  Because each extra person adds to these needs, we keep the pricing the same per person.

Something came up. Can I switch the dates?
Tickets are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a camp has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to attend the camp, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching weeks. We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.

What do we need to bring?
Each participant should wear closed-toed shoes, clothes they can get dirty in, sunglasses or a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. If your child is attending a full-day camp, they must also bring a packed lunch.
