Join us on the land this summer's end for another wildcrafting workshop with Brianne Dela Cruz, of Gather & Grow. She will teach you how to forage for local wild elderberries plus how to craft a delicious homemade elderberry syrup. Each person will get to take home a small jar of their own concoction. Loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, elderberry syrup is the perfect homemade elixir to boost immunity prior to cold and flu season. Brianne will teach you the incredible benefits that elderberries and elderflower offers, their relationship to the surrounding flora and fauna, and how to safely forage and wildcraft with this abundant local tree.
