The Grand Package brings together The Garden House and The Arbor House into one expansive, cohesive setting, offering a richly layered experience that unfolds effortlessly from ceremony to celebration. Together, these two spaces create a complete evening that feels generous, intentional, and beautifully contained, allowing your event to flow across indoor and outdoor environments without interruption or compromise.

Designed for hosts who want depth, movement, and visual richness without the burden of building an atmosphere from scratch, the Grand Package offers privacy across the property, natural progression between moments, and a setting that feels fully realized the moment guests arrive.

A Seamless Flow, Thoughtfully Designed

The evening often begins in The Garden House, a light-filled conservatory designed to feel romantic, intimate, and quietly immersive. Tens of thousands of suspended dried florals drift overhead through the rafters, creating the sensation of dining beneath a living canopy rather than a ceiling. Bistro lights are woven throughout the space and into the courtyard, casting a warm, golden glow as daylight fades. Airy curtains frame the room, catching the breeze when the sliding doors are opened and introducing gentle movement throughout the evening.

At the heart of the Garden House sits an antique cast iron sink, a nod to traditional garden houses and working greenhouses of another era. Wood farmhouse tables, layered rugs, and soft textures bring warmth and intimacy, allowing the space to feel elevated yet at ease, romantic without feeling precious. The Garden House feels complete the moment guests step inside and requires little additional styling to feel fully realized.

From there, guests move naturally into The Arbor House, where the atmosphere deepens and expands. Inside, tens of thousands of suspended dried florals drift overhead through the rafters, chandeliers glow against wood walls, and antique tables anchor the room in texture and history. A signature seasonal tree stands as a living focal point, subtly shifting throughout the year and lending a sense of wild magic to each gathering. Layered lounge vignettes with vintage seating create pockets for conversation and rest, allowing the space to hold both elegance and ease.

Large doors open from the Arbor House into Rosewood Gardens, extending the celebration outdoors with bistro-lit tables, garden paths, and open-air gathering spaces. Lounging areas, a dedicated dance floor, and a quieter side patio allow the evening to carry multiple energies at once, celebration, conversation, movement, and pause, without ever feeling crowded or disjointed.
