Unlike other venues, when you host your wedding here, we allow you to use whatever vendors you choose. However, we know that can seem daunting and we have great relationships with some of our favorite vendors. We know your wedding day already feels overwhelming, and we don't want to add to that by ushering you in and out on a tight schedule. Our unique model only allows for one event in our Garden House per day, ensuring that you aren't rushed, and have all the time you need for your photos, your ceremony, your special people, and hopefully, the time of your life.

The Kinlands offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor spaces that make each event unique and special. A few of the most popular spaces for weddings include The White House (often used as a bridal room), and The Moon House Homestay. Make sure to check out all these spaces on your tour!


Your Garden House rental is designed to ensure your event is comfortable, convenient, and memorable. Here's what's included:

  • The Garden House Space: This includes tables and benches to accommodate your guests. There are 7 large tables, each seating 8 guests, along with comfortable benches for seating.
  • Outdoor Space: Enjoy the exclusive use of the area directly in front of the Garden House for additional event flexibility.
  • Facilities: Access to the hall restroom is included, ensuring convenience for you and your guests.
  • Utilities: The rental includes access to essential utilities, including water and electricity, to cater to your event needs.
  • Garbage Disposal: We provide four large garbage cans to assist with waste management during your event.
  • Preparation and Cleanup Time: To help you set up and wind down smoothly, we include 60 minutes before and 60 minutes after your event for setup and cleanup.
  • Climate Control: The Garden House is heated during cooler months to provide a comfortable environment, maintaining a temperature of up to 70 degrees. For warmer months, misters and fans are provided to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

Please note that dishes and linens are to be supplied by the party organizing the event. The unique greenhouse structure of the Garden House provides a distinct and memorable setting for your gatherings, though it means temperature adjustments have certain limits.

Dates for our Garden House are filling quickly, so we'd highly recommend reserving your date.

You can either complete the $300 security deposit here, or by scrolling down to the Garden House Availability Calendar. Once your deposit is paid, we'll be in touch to finalize your add-ons and send a personalized invoice. Once the invoice is sent, you have 72 hours to complete. If your invoice is not complete within 72 hours the date will be opened up again.

Yes, you have the flexibility to make changes, but there are some important deadlines to keep in mind:

  • Add-Ons: You can adjust your add-ons until one week before your event. After this point, your selections are finalized and cannot be changed.
  • Security Deposit: The $300 security deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your event. However, it's important to know that this does not impact your ability to reschedule.
  • Rescheduling Your Event: You can change the date of your event up to one week prior, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.
  • Garden House Rental: Once paid, the Garden House Rental fee is non-refundable. However, like your security deposit, it is transferable to another date. If you decide to change the event date, your rental agreement for the Garden House can be moved to the new date, depending on availability.

Please note that while we offer flexibility in rescheduling, refunds are not available for the security deposit and the Garden House Rental once paid.

The Notions Closet

For those magical moments that make up your wedding day, from capturing timeless photographs to designing mesmerizing tablescapes and everything in between, our handpicked selection of presentation items is here to enhance your celebration.

Instead of running around finding the perfect vase, basket or culinary board, for $200 per event, select from our collection that has already been curated by us to complement our signature Kinlands style.

Items you will find: vases, candlesticks, bowls, antique finds, one-of-a-kind decor, etc.


Our dishware collection includes 30 full place settings with a plate, a side plate, a bowl, a silverware set, a glass, and a beige-colored linen napkin. For larger celebrations of up to 60 guests, we offer place settings that include a plate, a silverware set, a glass, and a linen napkin. All beautiful, all embodying the distinct Kinlands style

Priced at just $5 per setting, our dishware rentals offer an affordable way to add a touch of luxury to your event.
