The Grand Package
Ideal for ceremony & receptions, or larger scale celebrations
Ranging from $320-845 per hour, and includes a 10% discount.
The Grand Package is a fully immersive estate experience that brings together The Garden House and The Arbor House into one expansive, cohesive setting. Designed for weddings and celebrations that deserve space, beauty, and privacy, this pairing allows your event to unfold naturally across indoor and outdoor environments. Guests move effortlessly from ceremony to dinner to celebration, experiencing the property as a complete and thoughtfully layered whole rather than a single room.
The Garden House offers a light-filled, romantic beginning with suspended dried florals, soft draping, and warm bistro lighting that create an intimate, elevated atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. As the evening deepens, the celebration flows into The Arbor House, where chandeliers, vintage textures, and seasonal natural elements create a richer, more grounded mood. Doors open into Rosewood Gardens, extending the experience outdoors for dancing, conversation, and open-air gathering. Together, these spaces provide a seamless, private setting that feels complete without the need to build an atmosphere from scratch.

An easy-to-get-to location, a natural indoor-outdoor setting with a built-in aesthetic, and pricing that is accessible for all.
The Kinlands offers the rare combination of being easy to access while still feeling immersed in nature. Located within the city, our indoor and outdoor spaces provide a garden-centered setting without requiring a drive to a remote farm or ranch.
You are not renting a white box. Each space is intentionally designed and decor-rich, with layered interiors and natural elements already in place. You are not expected to build the atmosphere yourself or bring in extensive rentals to make the space feel complete. Indoor and outdoor areas flow naturally together, allowing gatherings to move easily between light-filled interiors and surrounding gardens.
Pricing is structured with care. We believe it should be possible to host a beautiful, well-held event without investing a small fortune. Our curated time-block rentals offer flexibility and value, removing the cost and stress of full-day bookings or extensive décor build-outs.
The result is a venue that feels thoughtful, grounded, and easy to be in, where beauty is already present and the focus stays on the gathering.
No, we do not require the use of specific vendors. Instead, we offer a thoughtful range of coordinators, florists, photographers, caterers, bartenders, and other professionals we work with on our own projects, while leaving the final selection up to you. Our goal is to provide trusted recommendations without imposing rigid vendor requirements. After booking a tour, you’ll find a downloadable PDF guide on the confirmation page with helpful details for hosting your event with us.
We do not offer in-house catering. Instead, we recommend TheoBroma Catering by Chef Casey, a trusted collaborator who partners with us on our own Land-to-Table dining experiences. Like The Kinlands, Casey focuses on shaping menus around your event rather than offering a standard, one-size-fits-all catering approach. His attention to both flavor and presentation brings events to life while remaining approachable and affordable. Our Event Coordinator is happy to connect you directly with him.
The Kinlands is a highly sought-after venue with strong community interest, we take each reserved date seriously and ask that our hosts do the same. When a date is held, it is removed from our calendar and no longer available to others who may be hoping for that same day. We understand that plans can change and that cancellations or rescheduling may sometimes be necessary, and the policy below is designed to be fair while honoring the time, care, and opportunity involved in reserving your date with us.
To reserve your date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract. Dates cannot be held without both in place. If plans change, cancellations made more than 90 days before your event will receive a refund of all payments beyond the retainer. Cancellations 31–89 days prior receive a 50% refund of payments beyond the retainer, and cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 30 days in advance, are subject to availability, and include a one-time rescheduling fee of $150. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
Arbor House
Nestled within The Kinlands, The Arbor House is a 2,400-square-foot indoor and outdoor, nature-centered venue designed for gatherings that feel elevated yet deeply at ease. It is a space shaped by texture, season, and intention, diverging intentionally from overly manicured or formulaic venues in favor of something warmer, more lived-in, and quietly refined. This is a place where beauty feels natural rather than staged, and where gatherings unfold with an organic sense of flow.
Garden House
The Garden House is designed to feel like a living conservatory, romantic, light-filled, and quietly immersive. Hundreds of florals are suspended throughout the rafters, creating the sensation of dining beneath a flowering canopy rather than a ceiling. Seasonal blooms drift overhead, softening the structure and grounding the space in nature without feeling wild or untamed.
