The Kinlands Seasonal Garden House Brunch

As spring awakens, so does the Garden House—its long farm-style tables adorned with delicate blossoms, fresh greenery, and softly woven linens that echo the renewal of the season. Light filters through airy windows, casting a golden glow over a tablescape designed to reflect the land’s ever-changing beauty. Here, among the scents of blooming florals and citrus, guests gather to share in a meal that honors both nature and community.

Each five-course brunch follows a thoughtfully curated prix fixe menu, designed to highlight the freshest ingredients of the season.

The first course begins with a vibrant dish, such as a chilled garden pea soup or a bright citrus salad.

The first handcrafted drink arrives, made with just-picked herbs, fresh fruits, and florals.

A seasonal indulgence follows, offering a surprising delight—perhaps a warm crostini with whipped goat cheese and honey or a delicate vegetable tart.

The main course takes center stage, changing each month to reflect the season’s bounty—perhaps a light and flavorful spring frittata, a delicate crepe filled with market vegetables and herbs, or a savory galette showcasing local cheeses and just-harvested greens.

The second handcrafted drink is served, refreshing and balanced to enhance the flavors of the meal.

The experience concludes with a beautifully crafted dessert, a sweet farewell to the gathering—perhaps a citrus tart, a floral-infused panna cotta, or a rustic honey-drizzled cake.

Set in a communal dining style, guests 12 and older are invited to sit side by side at shared tables, fostering conversation and connection as they experience the rhythm of the meal together. The tablescape transforms each month, evolving with the land—perhaps featuring fresh-cut wildflowers in April or sun-kissed berries and soft pastels as spring deepens into May.

Hosted Sundays at noon, this sold-out event is a cherished favorite in the Salt Lake Valley. Each brunch is thoughtfully prepared and served by Jen and Luke of The Kinlands, along with Chef Casey, ensuring a beautifully crafted experience that brings the season’s offerings to life. *While the menu is prix fixe, gluten-free alternatives are available when possible.

Note: For those seeking an elevated evening experience, The Kinlands also hosts a once-a-month fine dining dinner, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Casey from Theo Broma, along with Jen and Luke of The Kinlands. This intimate gathering highlights heartier land-to-table offerings and is set in the same beloved and cozy space, making it one of the valley’s most sought-after dining experiences.

Know before you go:

Complimentary parking is available on-site. You can either park in the spots West of the Shoppe or in the parking lot South of The Kinlands. Once you've parked, make your way into the Garden House through the Shoppe.

Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM, sharp, but we will have a 30 minute mingle period inside the shoppe so we recommend arriving at 6:00 pm.

You're joining us for a thoughtful night out, with the Garden House at night as your canvas—the attire is effortless but classy. You’re set for a memorable experience. Enjoy a beautifully crafted meal in a setting that dances between cocktail and formal.

Tips are not mandatory or expected. Your $85 ticket is all inclusive.

Our Land-to-Table dinner embraces communal style seating, where guests gather around large, shared tables instead of being separated into individual ones. This setup is designed to foster conversation and interaction among guests, even those meeting for the first time. Here, food and conversation flow freely, making this dinner not just a meal to nourish the body but also an opportunity to connect with others and build a sense of community.

The menu is a prix fixe menu. While we don't tailor individual dishes upon request, please rest assured that the tapestry of our menu is woven with everyone in mind. Our chefs pride themselves on a mosaic of offerings, ensuring a diverse culinary landscape.

Tickets are limited, with only 56 guests we ask that you recognize that this an event and many preparations have gone into these gatherings. Therefore, we are not offering refunds once a ticket has been purchased. However we recognize that conflicts arise, so if you can not attend, you may email us the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket to for the day of the event.
