Nestled within The Kinlands, The Arbor House is a 2,400-square-foot indoor and outdoor, nature-centered venue designed for gatherings that feel elevated yet deeply at ease. It is a space shaped by texture, season, and intention, diverging intentionally from overly manicured or formulaic venues in favor of something warmer, more lived-in, and quietly refined. This is a place where beauty feels natural rather than staged, and where gatherings unfold with an organic sense of flow.

Inside, dried florals drift overhead through the rafters, chandeliers cast a soft glow across antique tables and wood walls, and layered vignettes of vintage sofas create inviting pockets for conversation. A seasonal tree anchors the space as a living focal point, subtly shifting throughout the year and bringing a sense of wild magic into every gathering. The atmosphere feels welcoming yet stately, polished without stiffness, and fully representative of what The Kinlands is known for.

Doors open seamlessly onto Rosewood Gardens, extending the experience outdoors with bistro-lit tables, open-air gathering spaces, and garden paths that encourage guests to wander and linger. A side patio offers a quieter setting for more intimate conversations, while lounging areas and a dedicated dance floor support both relaxed connection and celebration. The thoughtful indoor and outdoor flow allows ceremonies, dinners, conversations, and movement to take place within one cohesive setting, without feeling segmented or rushed.
