The Garden House is a light-filled conservatory designed for romantic gatherings and garden-centered celebrations. Suspended florals line the rafters, creating the feeling of dining beneath a flowering canopy, while seasonal blooms soften the space and ground it in nature. Bistro lighting extends overhead and into the outdoor courtyard, casting a warm glow as the day fades. Airy curtains and open sightlines allow the space to feel open, calm, and quietly immersive.

At the center of the Garden House is an antique cast-iron sink, a reference to traditional garden houses of another era. Wood tables, layered rugs, and soft textures bring warmth and intimacy for gatherings of up to 80 guests. The space is fully styled and thoughtfully designed, offering an atmosphere that feels refined, romantic, and complete without the need for extensive décor or transformation.

*Weddings during the daytime bookings are billed at $220/hour.

Our pricing reflects the care, preparation, and atmosphere already present in each space. Every venue at The Kinlands is fully styled and thoughtfully maintained, allowing hosts to step into an environment that feels complete from the moment they arrive.

Rather than requiring full-day rentals, our spaces are offered in curated time blocks designed to support seamless gatherings without unnecessary excess. Rates are structured to remain consistent throughout the year, giving clarity and ease when planning, while honoring the integrity of the space and the experience it holds.

The spaces are decor-rich and intentionally styled, blending nature-inspired elements with layered interiors so the environment feels complete rather than unfinished. While there are subtle nods to farm and land stewardship throughout the property, the experience here is less rustic and more refined, designed for gatherings that feel elevated without being formal. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly together, allowing events to unfold naturally across light-filled interiors and surrounding gardens. 

Pricing is structured in curated time blocks, making it possible to host a beautifully held gathering without committing to a full-day rental or managing the logistics of building the atmosphere from the ground up.

Morning and early-daytime bookings are intentionally structured to welcome intimate celebrations such as bridal showers, baby showers, and small hosted gatherings. These events tend to be lighter in scale, beautifully styled, and deeply aligned with the spirit of The Kinlands, offering a way to gather with intention without the intensity of a full evening event.

By offering accessible daytime rates, we’re able to invite these celebrations back into the rhythm of the property, supporting both our community and the long-term life of the space. These gatherings allow The Kinlands to remain a place where meaningful moments unfold naturally, and where hosts can enjoy a refined setting without the complexity of large-scale production.

Yes, we often recommend the Grand Package for those who want to use the full property and allow their event to move easily from one moment to the next, whether that’s a ceremony into a reception, a luncheon into a workshop, or dinner into dancing.

No, we do not require the use of specific vendors. Instead, we offer a thoughtful range of coordinators, florists, photographers, caterers, bartenders, and other professionals we work with on our own projects, while leaving the final selection up to you. Our goal is to provide trusted recommendations without imposing rigid vendor requirements. After booking a tour, you’ll find a downloadable PDF guide on the confirmation page with helpful details for hosting your event with us.

We do not offer in-house catering. Instead, we recommend TheoBroma Catering by Chef Casey, a trusted collaborator who partners with us on our own Land-to-Table dining experiences. Like The Kinlands, Casey focuses on shaping menus around your event rather than offering a standard, one-size-fits-all catering approach. His attention to both flavor and presentation brings events to life while remaining approachable and affordable. Our Event Coordinator is happy to connect you directly with him.

The Kinlands is a highly sought-after venue with strong community interest, we take each reserved date seriously and ask that our hosts do the same. When a date is held, it is removed from our calendar and no longer available to others who may be hoping for that same day. We understand that plans can change and that cancellations or rescheduling may sometimes be necessary, and the policy below is designed to be fair while honoring the time, care, and opportunity involved in reserving your date with us.

To reserve your date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer along with a signed contract. Dates cannot be held without both in place. If plans change, cancellations made more than 90 days before your event will receive a refund of all payments beyond the retainer. Cancellations 31–89 days prior receive a 50% refund of payments beyond the retainer, and cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. 

If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 30 days in advance, are subject to availability, and include a one-time rescheduling fee of $150. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
