Prior to booking a tour, please check that your intended date is available by heading to the calendar button titled "book your rental", and check that the date is not blocked out by filtering the calendar to the date you are wishing to book. The outdoor space must be booked in conjunction with the Garden House, and can not be booked alone.

Pricing: 

• $100 per hour, up to 150 people

How to Book:

• Dates are open to the public, and can be booked at any time by any party, therefore we recommend booking as soon as you know you would like the space for your rental. To book your date, select the date and times of your rental from the calendar and pay the $75 non-refundable deposit. 
• We will then be in touch to finalize details and send you the final invoice with your deposit applied. 
  

Terms and Conditions:

• All parties must book a tour prior to booking your rental date. You can book your 15-minute tour here.
• By purchasing, it is assumed you have read and agree to the Private Rental Terms of Service.
• Our Rental Coordinator will reach out to you after you have completed your booking for a credit card to place on file, and is required or your booking will be canceled. This card is held on file and may be used for any additional cleaning fees, damages, or incidentals if you do not ensure the Garden House is cleaned to the specifications in the contract. You will receive an itemized invoice if any fees are incurred and your card will be charged. 
  

The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:
We recognize that cancellations may occur, all cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to your rental date for a full refund. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
