Prior to booking a tour, please check that your intended date is available by heading to the calendar button titled "book your event", and check that the date is not blocked out by filtering the calendar to the date you are wishing to book.

How to Book:

Dates are open to the public, and can be booked at any time by any party, therefore we recommend booking as soon as you know you would like the space for your event. To book your date, select the date and times of your event from the calendar and pay for the total number of hours you will be needing for your event, please also include the time you need for set-up. We do include one hour of complimentary time prior to your event, and one hour after your event for complete break down. Note: we most often find that this is not enough time and ask you to consider booking at least one more hour for set up. Your complimentary one hour for break down is offered to ensure you break down your event completely to avoid any extra cleaning fees incurred when we review the space the following day.
A teammate will reach out to you after you have completed your booking for a credit card to place on file, and is required or your booking will be canceled.

Terms and Conditions:

Wedding parties and events longer than 3 hours must book a tour before their event. You can book your 15-minute tour here.
By purchasing, it is assumed you have read and agree to the Private Event Terms of Service.
A teammate will reach out to you after you have completed your booking for a credit card to place on file, and is required or your booking will be canceled. This card is held on file and may be used for any additional cleaning fees, damages, or incidentals if you do not ensure your event is cleaned to the specifications in the contract. You will receive an itemized invoice if any fees are incurred and your card will be charged.

The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:
Private Events are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments by organizing a new date. We require 5 business days notice prior to any adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
