Film + Photography at The Kinlands

**Photography is not allowed without appointment.**

Film and photography at The Kinlands are offered as an exclusive experience, available only through a formal proposal or by direct invitation. We welcome select film projects that wish to rent the land or our indoor venues for both indoor and outdoor photography or filming. Each request is reviewed to ensure it aligns with the integrity and story of this place. Photography is also permitted when you are hosting an event within one of our rental properties, the Garden House or the Arbor House, where the environment is already reserved for your private use. Outside of these arrangements, general photography is not allowed. This includes family photography, social media content creation, high school dance photos, or any intent to create any form of capture, whether posed, professional, or simply for feed content or keepsake. The Kinlands is by appointment only, and only previously approved reservations grant access to the land or venues. All attempts to enter the property or conduct photography without an approved appointment will be considered trespassing and may result in a $1,500 fine.
