FAQs
The session fee reserves a 2 hour photography time slot. The start and end time for the time slot can be anytime during the booked date.
Photographers will have access to outdoor spaces ONLY. The Shoppe, Garden House, and inside any animal house is not allowed unless booked separately.
Costume change? Fun! We offer two space add-ons for changing, both at $50/hour. Prim: The White House and Raven's Rally: The Cabin can be reserved. Please email mallory@thekinlands.com to reserve.
Please have a copy of your Photography Pass confirmation.
Please tell your clients to park in the main parking lot. Please ensure that your clients understand that this is an outdoor photo pass with nature as the backdrop. No large props and absolutely no moving of or tampering with items residing on the land.
You are responsible for ensuring your clients follow our terms and conditions and respect the space.
Passes are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to make it, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer your time slot. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching dates. We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
Garden House Studio Rental
We are excited to announce "The Garden House," an hourly event rental space in our beautifully renovated greenhouse. Perfect for photographers wanting to do multiple shoots, mini sessions or product photography, the Garden House has beautiful filtered light and natural wood tables for your use.

Whether you’re coordinating a photo shoot, decorating tablescapes for a beautiful wedding, designing your best friend’s baby shower, or hosting a private event here, we have a curated collection of presentation items that we know you’ll love.
Instead of running around finding the perfect vase, basket or culinary board, for $200 per event, select from our collection that has already been curated by us to complement our signature Kinlands style.
Items you will find: vases, candlesticks, bowls, antique finds, one-of-a-kind decor, etc.
