These passes are for those with an eye for natural beauty, and for those who see that what is here is enough. The pass is good for any time during the booked date. We can't wait to see the land through your eyes.
During Pumpkin Patch, Autumn is on full display. We invite you to capture the vibrant colors, crisp air, and the essence of the season. Wander through fields adorned with pumpkins, and experience the beauty of the changing season. Whether you’re photographing for personal enjoyment or professional projects, the scenery offers a picturesque backdrop that perfectly encapsulates the charm of fall.
The Details:
- The session fee reserves a 2 hour photography time slot with a sharp start/stop timing. Please have a printed confirmation of booking with you when you come to photograph. Example: If you choose the time slot of 6:00 am, you have until 8:00 am with a hard stop time. If you need more time, please purchase the 7:00 am slot as well. This would give you a four hour window, from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
- Our patch is open to the public at 11:00 am, with a pass purchase of 6:00 am or 7:00 am, you will not be impeded by the flow of traffic. We offer this time to you for your craft without disruption of our flow of business, operations, etc. Please enjoy it respectfully.
- Photographers will have access to outdoor spaces ONLY. The Shoppe, Garden House, and inside any animal house is not allowed with this pass.
- Photographers and guests should park in the main parking lot.
- During your time, absolutely no moving of or tampering with items residing on the land. If you are found moving any of our outdoor display items, stacking pumpkins, moving benches/umbrellas, leaving behind any clean up sites for our team, etc you will be asked to leave, or charged a cleaning fee. Please plan accordingly with your production team and visioning for the time you are spending here, and that it compliments our set up and is not in conflict with us as business, first and foremost.
- No large props permitted.
- Please be thoughtful and respectful of the land and the work we do here. As the photographer you are also responsible for making sure your clients are thoughtful and respectful as well. If any damage occurs, you as the pass holder will be responsible for any damages per our terms and conditions.

- By purchasing this pass you recognize that normal flow of operations for our team at The Kinlands will not be impeded in any way.
FAQs
The session fee reserves a 2 hour photography time slot. The start and end time for the pass is determined by the time slot you chose at purchase. Example: 8:00 am till 10:00 am
Photographers will have access to outdoor spaces ONLY. The Shoppe, Garden House, and inside any animal house is not allowed unless booked separately.
Note: If you choose an early morning slot then this will be a much quieter experience as our woodland trees will not have any quests until we open at 11:00 am. If you choose an evening time slot, the woodland trees will be open with guests shopping around and are our main priority. You and your clients will need to act accordingly.
We do not offer any outdoor facilities, please ask your clients to come fully prepared for the cold and potential crowds if you chose an evening time slot.
Please bring a copy of your photography pass confirmation with your during your session.
Outside props are not permitted, and you will be asked to return them to your vehicle.
Please tell your clients to park in the south "overflow/event" parking lot. Please ensure that your clients understand that this is an outdoor photo pass with nature as the backdrop. No large props and absolutely no moving of or tampering with items residing on the land.
You are the pass holder, therefore you are responsible for ensuring your clients follow our terms and conditions and respect the space. Any damages occurring by your clients during your photography pass time slot will be your responsibility.
Passes are limited and in high demand, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to make it, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer your time slot.
We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching dates.
We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.

We strongly reserve the right to ask you to terminate your session if you are impeding the flow of traffic for our regular in-person business. We are first and foremost a place of business, secondly we invite the use for photographers, in that order.
No large props allowed.
