The Details:
- The session fee reserves a 2 hour photography time slot. The start and end time for the time slot can be anytime during the day, between November 22nd through December 23rd, but please do not visit at any time while dark out. Please have a printed confirmation of booking with you when you come to photograph.
- Photographers will have access to outdoor spaces ONLY. The Shoppe, Garden House, and inside any animal house is not allowed with this pass.
- Photographers and guests should park in the main parking lot.
- During your time, absolutely no moving of or tampering with items residing on the land.
- Please be thoughtful and respectful of the land and the work we do here. As the photographer you are also responsible for making sure your clients are thoughtful and respectful as well.
Terms and Conditions:
- By purchasing your pass, it is confirmed that you have read and agree to all terms both outlined above in the description and below in terms and conditions.
- No large props, music, or lighting equipment beyond a reflector and external flash are allowed.
- We strongly reserve the right to ask you to terminate your session if you are impeding the flow of traffic for our regular in-person business. We are first and foremost a place of business, secondly we invite the use for photographers, in that order.
- No loud noises, yelling, or mechanisms to grab your clients attention are allowed. Normal talking voices must be used, or you may be asked to move or leave the area.
- You must purchase a new pass for each day you plan to hold sessions here, or for any time past the two hours of your initial pass. Please plan on having your pass validated by one of our teammates during your time.
The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:
Tickets and spots are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to make it, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer your time slot. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching dates. We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
