This winter, our woodland trees turn into something quietly magical. A wild and cozy grove that only The Kinlands can hold. We’re opening the space for a handful of photographers who want to capture their holiday mini sessions in a setting that feels both intimate and enchanted. Nestled among the evergreens, you’ll find nature inspired backdrops, handcrafted benches, and quiet details that blend into the landscape while offering just enough structure to frame your story. The trees do most of the work. All you have to do is show up, watch the light move, and let the beauty settle in. Photography passes are limited.
Terms and Conditions:
The session fee reserves a 2 hour photography time slot, this is a strict start and end time. Please have a printed confirmation of booking with you when you come to photograph.
- Photographers will have access to outdoor spaces ONLY. The Shoppe, Garden House, and inside any animal house is not allowed with this pass.
- Photographers and guests should park in the overflow parking lot and not in the main parking lot.
- During your time, absolutely no moving of or tampering with items residing on the land. NO PROPS are allowed. If you bring props, you will be asked to leave them in your vehicle, please, no exceptions.
- Please be thoughtful and respectful of the land and the work we do here. As the photographer you are also responsible for making sure your clients are thoughtful and respectful as well.
Terms and Conditions:
- By purchasing your pass, it is confirmed that you have read and agree to all terms both outlined above in the description and below in terms and conditions.
- No large props, music, or lighting equipment beyond a reflector and external flash are allowed.
- We strongly reserve the right to ask you to terminate your session if you are impeding the flow of traffic for our regular in-person business. We are first and foremost a place of business, secondly we invite the use for photographers, in that order.
- No loud noises, yelling, or mechanisms to grab your clients attention are allowed. Normal talking voices must be used, or you may be asked to move or leave the area.
- You must purchase a new pass for each day you plan to hold sessions here. Please plan on having your pass validated by one of our teammates during your time.
The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:
Tickets and spots are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to make it, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer your time slot. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching dates. We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
FAQs
The session fee reserves a 2 hour photography time slot. The start and end time for the pass is determined by the time slot you chose at purchase. Example: 8:00 am till 10:00 am
Photographers will have access to outdoor spaces ONLY. The Shoppe, Garden House, and inside any animal house is not allowed unless booked separately.
Note: If you choose an early morning slot then this will be a much quieter experience as our woodland trees will not have any quests until we open at 11:00 am. If you choose an evening time slot, the woodland trees will be open with guests shopping around and are our main priority. You and your clients will need to act accordingly.
We do not offer any outdoor facilities, please ask your clients to come fully prepared for the cold and potential crowds if you chose an evening time slot.
Please bring a copy of your photography pass confirmation with your during your session.
Outside props are not permitted, and you will be asked to return them to your vehicle.
Please tell your clients to park in the south "overflow/event" parking lot. Please ensure that your clients understand that this is an outdoor photo pass with nature as the backdrop. No large props and absolutely no moving of or tampering with items residing on the land.
You are the pass holder, therefore you are responsible for ensuring your clients follow our terms and conditions and respect the space. Any damages occurring by your clients during your photography pass time slot will be your responsibility.
Passes are limited and in high demand, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to make it, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer your time slot.
