The Kinlands Seasonal Garden House Dinner
6:30-8:30 pm
As the sun sets over The Kinlands, the Garden House transforms into an intimate dining space, where candlelight flickers across linen-draped farm tables adorned with foraged greenery, natural textures, and the soft glow of gathered guests. This once-a-month fine dining experience is a celebration of the land, the season, and the art of a beautifully crafted meal.
Each five-course dinner follows a thoughtfully curated prix fixe menu, showcasing heartier offerings that honor the rhythms of nature and the richness of a true land-to-table experience.
The first course opens the evening with a refined dish—perhaps a velvety roasted beet and chèvre salad, a delicate seafood bisque, or a warm wild mushroom tart.
The first handcrafted drink is poured, featuring botanical infusions, seasonal fruits, and house-made tinctures that complement the flavors of the meal.
A seasonal interlude follows, offering a thoughtful progression between courses—maybe a truffle-infused risotto, a perfectly charred leek and burrata plate, or a delicate handmade pasta kissed with farm-fresh cream and herbs.
The main course is the pinnacle of the evening, featuring rack of lamb, beef filet, or another expertly prepared centerpiece, served alongside vibrant, locally sourced vegetables and indulgent accompaniments that elevate the dish.
The second handcrafted drink is introduced, deepening the experience with bold, warming flavors or a refreshing counterpoint to the richness of the meal.
The evening concludes with a decadent dessert, a final indulgence that lingers on the palate—perhaps a dark chocolate torte, a honey-lavender crème brûlée, or a seasonal fruit galette served with freshly whipped cream.
Set in a communal dining style, guests 12 and older are invited to sit side by side at long tables, fostering conversation and connection over shared plates and the quiet hum of an unhurried evening. Each month, the tablescape evolves, reflecting the beauty of the season—perhaps adorned with freshly clipped olive branches, fragrant sprigs of rosemary, or delicate spring blossoms nestled among flickering taper candles.
This exclusive dining event is hosted each month by Chef Casey, alongside Jen and Luke of The Kinlands, who thoughtfully curate the experience, ensuring each detail— from the meal to the setting— reflects the beauty and abundance of the land.
