Before scheduling a tour, please confirm your preferred date is available by clicking the “Book Your Rental” calendar button. Filter to your desired date and ensure it is not marked as unavailable. If your date is flexible, then choose a tour date that works for you and our rental coordinator will help you to discover dates that will work for your celebration.

Pricing for rental space: 

January - August: (3 hour minimums required for day rentals, 4 hour minimums required for evening rentals.) Note: The Arbor House is unavailable September through December. 

• Monday - Thursday day rental, 10:00 am-3:00 pm: $150 per hour
• Monday - Thursday evening rental, 4:00 pm-10:00 pm: $215 per hour
• Monday - Thursday all day rental, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm: $1340 per day
• Friday - Sunday day rental, 10:00 am-3:00 pm: $200 per hour
• Friday - Sunday evening rental, 4:00 pm-10:00 pm: $350 per hour
• Friday - Sunday all day rental, 10:00 am -10:00 pm: $2815 per day

Extra Hours:

• $100 per hour

How to Book:

The Arbor House is our most beloved and sought-after space—and it books faster than most traditional venues. Dates often fill months in advance, especially during peak seasons. If this space speaks to you, we encourage you to act quickly to avoid missing out.

To help you secure your date while still giving you time to experience the space in person, we offer a two-step booking process:

Option 1: Reserve Now, Tour Later

Step 1: Place a $150 deposit to hold your preferred date before your tour. Step 2: Immediately book a tour to view The Arbor House. After your tour, if you decide the space isn’t the right fit, just let us know within 48 hours of your tour date and we’ll refund your deposit in full. Your tour booking must be booked within the same day as your rental deposit, to be eligible for your date to be held. Once we see that you have scheduled a tour alongside your deposit payment, your date will temporarily be held until your tour has been completed. 
If it is the right fit (and it often is), your deposit is applied toward your full booking as you move into final confirmation.

Option 2: Tour First, Then Book
You’re welcome to schedule a tour before making any commitments. However, please note: we cannot hold your date without a deposit, and due to high demand, your date may be claimed by someone else in the meantime.

Terms and Conditions:

• All rentals require a tour prior to your reserved date. You may place a $150 deposit to hold your date and schedule your tour separately-but a tour must be completed for your reservation to be fully confirmed.  You can book your 15-minute tour here.
• By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to the Private Rental Terms of Service.
• Our Rental Coordinator will contact you to collect a credit card on file, which is required to finalize your reservation. This card will be used only in the event of additional cleaning fees, damages, or contract violations—any charges will be accompanied by an itemized invoice. You will also be contacted at this time for payment of the remaining balance on your rental total.
• Pricing is guaranteed for 14 days of tour date. Invoice must be paid within 10 business days of booking.

The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:
We recognize that cancellations may occur, all cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to your rental date for a full refund. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated with a refund.
