Led by Chef Casey, this hands-on experience will guide you through the art of crafting simple syrups and saline solutions—essential elements that bring depth and harmony to your drinks.

As we mix, stir, and taste, we’ll also prepare a seasonal, garden-inspired dish to enjoy together. Whether it’s a warming soup, a fresh salad, or a vibrant spread like hummus or tapenade, the food will complement the evening’s theme, celebrating the beauty of natural ingredients.

You'll leave with your own handcrafted syrups and solutions, along with inspiration to continue experimenting at home. Any extra food? It’s yours to take!

Workshops are non-refundable
We will be in the Garden House, which is heated but not completely temperature-controlled, so please dress accordingly in the season of Winter.

The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:

Tickets are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a workshop has been purchased. However, if you are no longer able to attend, you can email us with the name of the person to whom we should transfer the ticket. We recognize that conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments in the registrations by switching the workshop. We require 5 business days notice prior to any registration adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
