Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Daytime & evenings, weekends required
Minimum: 18 hrs/week

Every autumn, The Kinlands becomes a living festival-thousands of guests arrive to wander the fields, ride the wagons, gather pumpkins, and step inside the Shoppe brimming with autumn treasures. From the first families arriving at dawn to the lanterns glowing across the land at night, the patch hums with movement and story. This is our busiest season, our most enchanting stretch of the year-and it runs on the energy and care of the team who brings it to life.

Joining the Pumpkin Patch crew means stepping into a rhythm where no two days feel the same. One moment you’re part of the morning bustle, welcoming guests into a fresh autumn day, the next you’re helping families close their evening with armfuls of pumpkins and memories they’ll carry home. It’s work that asks for steadiness, adaptability, and a willingness to keep moving-keeping the grounds beautiful, supporting the Shoppe, and tending to the flow of guests across the land.

We’re looking for people who love being outside, who can lean into both crisp mornings and cool evenings, and who can bring warmth, patience, and reliability to a fast-paced setting. The hours are steady, the weekends lively, and the season goes quickly-but it’s unforgettable. You’ll leave with stories, friendships, and the feeling of being part of something that only happens once a year.
