Prior to booking a tour, please check that your intended date is available by heading to the calendar button titled "book your event", and check that the date is not blocked out by filtering the calendar to the date you are wishing to book.

Pricing for weddings: 

• 1-25 people: $115 an hour (two hour minimum)
• 26-50 people: $175 an hour (two hour minimum)
• 51-75 people: $235 an hour (two hour minimum)

• 76-100 people: $295 an hour (two hour minimum)

How to Book:

• Dates are open to the public, and can be booked at any time by any party, therefore we recommend booking as soon as you know you would like the space for your wedding. 
• To book your date, select the date and times of your event from the calendar and pay the $150 non-refundable deposit. 
• We will then be in touch to finalize details and send you the final invoice with your deposit applied.

• By purchasing, it is assumed you have read and agree to the Private Event Terms of Service.

• Our Event Coordinator will reach out to you after you have completed your booking for a credit card to place on file, and is required or your booking will be canceled. This card is held on file and may be used for any additional cleaning fees, damages, or incidentals if you do not ensure your event is cleaned to the specifications in the contract. You will receive an itemized invoice if any fees are incurred and your card will be charged. 
• We include one hour after your event for complete break down, but any additional setup or clean up time will need to be included in your invoice. Your complimentary one hour for clean-up is offered to ensure you complete the cleaning checklist for your event completely to avoid any extra cleaning fees incurred when we review the space the following day. 

 The Kinlands Cancellation Policy:
Private Events are limited, therefore, we are not offering refunds once a time slot has been purchased. We recognize that scheduling conflicts arise, while date changes are not guaranteed, we may be able to make adjustments by organizing a new date. We require 5 business days notice prior to any adjustments. Any requests outside of the allotted time will not be accommodated.
